I recently visited Carlotta Cake Boutique both stores and was blown away by the level of service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Not only was the service outstanding, but the coffee was absolutely delicious. Each cup was crafted with care, resulting in rich, flavorful coffee that surpassed my expectations.Whether I ordered a classic latte or ventured into one of their speciality drinks, I was always impressed by the quality and consistency. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy. I always felt welcomed and comfortable. Overall, I can't recommend Carlotta Cake Boutique enough. The cakes are nice but not amazing. 5,50€ for a slice its an absurd. They aren’t that food or big nor the cake filling its a lot… They try to have many different and unique options but sometimes having at least one classic would be nice.

Often the cakes are already dry for being on the fridge a couple of days which makes them even more expensive for the quality presented.

I went there 3x with months apart, trying to give a chance to different flavours but my conclusion is that it’s not worth it.

Also, one of the waiters(🌈 )was very rude and definitely needs to learn what’s expected of him as a waiter….

What a gem in the heart of Porto! This little shop is such a unique combination of vintage fashion, carefully curated jewelry from different artists and a cozy café with delicious cakes and coffee. There’s even a charming garden in the backyard where you can relax and escape the buzz of the city for a while.

The vintage clothing here feels very thoughtfully chosen and beautifully presented - no “dusty thrift shop” vibe at all, but rather stylish and fresh pieces with character. The cake was absolutely delightful, and the coffee matched perfectly.

Above all, the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole atmosphere even more special....
