The best bread I have found in Kigali. It is perfect soup and sandwich bread, softy and yeasty, with a perfectly gently hardened crust. The place isn’t perfect yet but they three young Rawandan owners are diligent and conscientious owner operators. Their product is, i would call it high end quality drink and food , within a good and perfectly pleasant cafe.    Read moreI came here after randomly picking a place to have a bite. I wasn’t expecting anything but growing quite fond of it already. Here’s why:
Very pocket friendly prices. I have been in Kigali for months and this is by far the cheapest. It has a cozy feel to it. Looking at the photos on Google Maps, I see how it is a place for chess players. The checkered walls hint at that as well. But this place is cozy. And strangely, it feels exclusive, too.
It is definitely one of those hidden gems.
