First at all, at this moment this is not shopping mall, but one big construction site, so I'm not sure what about to write - about future mall, or about site at this stage. There is no doubt that at the end this mall will be biggest in Belgrade, and it will be nice. I suppose. If you can put malls in category nice or ugly. They are all pretty much the same. Problem is location. It's generally problem with all BW, but for me is terrible that they put this construction at the place from which before, crossing the bridge, you had a great view on Belgrade. Also, what I saw today inside the construction site was very disappointing, talking about quality of works, used materials, changing the original project (they put steel construction on roof, some homemade variant, instead of cable and rod system, that was planned), and many other mistakes. Definitely, big penalties for main contractor, in case of delay, was big pressure, so to avoid that, they made a lot of mistakes, and savings just to finish everything on time. But OK, they will put hundred of thousands square meters of gypsum, at the end it will looks fine, but after few years problems with start, because of structural mistakes.
