BW Aqua — Local services in City of Belgrade

We are very disappointed with our stay. We reserved an apartment and were promised that we would be in it until our arrival, but when we got to the building, we were told it was already occupied, even though it was reserved. They put us in the 6th floor instead of the highest floor as originally booked, in a much smaller apartment that smelled of smoke. The bed was dirty, the towels were the same, and the shower was out of order, leaking water. Instead of replacing the shower, they just covered it with tape, which didn’t help at all.
