Shopping options are also a big range. Basement 2 has a big supermarket and a lot of food and dining. Money changers and bakery as well. Basement 1 has a big Timezone, Watsons, Harvey Norman and a big food court. Koi, sushi express, bakery etc etc. Level 1 has many famous chain restaurant like tim Ho wan, HD ice cream and nasty cookie, Pop Mart, Royce chocolates. Level 2 shopping includes many famous brands. Level 3 has Spotlight, StarHub, DIY shops. Level 4 has Kiddy Palace, Popular, Banks, enrichment centres, food and restaurants.
Outside has a sort of outdoor theme park for kids to play.

With indoor and outdoor retail outlets, it's design is uniquely practical. At it's basement are mostly restaurants and an gaming arcade, Level 1 has a Samsung retail store with a 2nd floor Samsung concierge and wide variety of shopping outlets, Level 2 is where the J-Walk is and it's where you are when you exit from the MRT, Level 3 is where Paradise Group Beauty In A Pot has an outlet, Level 4 has a Spotlight, various tuition centers, a dance studio, a Bank Of China outlet and the Westgate Wonderland which is an outdoor playground for kids. The playground is currently closed due to Covid19 safety measures.
Westgate has an office tower where a Bloodbank is located within it's 10th floor. You have to register for an entry card with your ID at the reception to access.
I guess this is a place for families to frequent and I am sure you can find something for you.

we went there for the dim sum on the main level, which requires a membership programme to eat there, which is another way of grabbing all your bio data and having an app that is doing suspicious things in the background of your phone.
and as for the buffet upstairs, the wait is something else -- people fight to queue early, no chairs, younger folks in black tees just ended up squatting or sitting on the floor of the mall.
As for the selection of other shops, Westgate seems like a dumping ground for shops that don't fit the concept of IMM, could not find shop spaces at both JEM and Jurong Point.
Alittle bit confusing at first unless you are a native of Jurong or you work there, where repetition of visits breed familiarity.
