My phone was stolen in the bathroom yesterday, pick pocketed out of my jersey while I was washing my hands and I went straight to the security where they took my details and walked away without any assistance. Did not make an effort to phone anyone, did not want to go check the cameras so that I can identify the person who took it and certainly did not make any effort to involve any management or police EVEN AFTER I ASKED, he just did not seem interested in helping me at all. A ZERO STAR FOR SECURITY AS THEY ARE USELESS AND WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE CAMERAS CLOSE TO THE BATHROOM IF NOT FOR SITUATIONS LIKE THIS? As my parking ticket was in the cover of my phone it automatically got stolen as well and I went to the parking office where there was no attempt to help assist me after looking at me through a window for 5 minutes (while just sitting doing absolutely nothing) AND THEN coming to ask what we want. The lady says because the security did not notify them about the ticket they cannot help us, so my question is HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO LEAVE?!? After a big argument with the lady I wanted to speak to a general manager in hopes that they can maybe assist me, where she directed me to a building 9 or office 9. As I walked away I saw a Checkers manager in the parking lot and went to speak with him, explaining my situation. He went over to her not looking happy at all and sorted a few things out, came back and said the office they directed me to are closed on Sundays and she will give me a ticket just so that I can get out. How is this any service?? This is my second time at the mall and this is how a client gets treated in a situated like this. I am very unhappy and I suggest someone in a very high position to sort their personnel out. 5 STAR FOR THE CLEANERS as 3 of them made effort in helping me look for my phone. 2 Went to fetch a 3 cleaner who tried to help me find my phone through gmail. Unfortunately the phone was already switched off. I am still very upset about this situated. Until someone gets back to me regarding this (security has my details), I will keep this review up in hopes that customers reading this will also be as disgusted with this service as much...
Read moreHaving opened its doors just over thirty years ago, even before the Dawn of Democracy in South Africa, Centurion Mall looks and feels even better after it has undergone extensive renovations. There are several indoor and outdoor parking areas, and parking spaces are readily available. The Mall is on several levels, but the escalators provide one with easy access from one level to the next. Most of the major chain stores and brand outlets are represented. The walkways are wide, airy, with plenty of natural overhead light factored into the Mall design. There are several very picturesque features, including a few sculptures as well as a beautiful ceiling feature comprising birds flying overhead. The Centurion Mall still attracts shoppers in numbers, although it is not as hectic as it used to be in days gone by. However, that also enhances the shopping experience, as one does not have to compete with the crowds...
Read moreGreat place for shopping, luxury brand clothing's and value for money. It has almost all the shops you can think of. There is, however, a little letdown with the restaurants. The mall is elongated. Therefore, you need to walk a lot. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on you. There seemed to be no help desk or information desk. Therefore, finding your way may be difficult. All the clothing shops i went to had were neat, even shops like Legit, which can be a mess at other complexes. The mall is also very kid friendly, too friendly that you will probably have a crying kid if you are trying to shop effectively, because your child will want to participate in most of the activities, train, playing area, arcade games, floor water fountains and multiple ice cream shops. Parking is also great. There's a lot of it, but some have awkward entrances. I have said a mouth full but overall, it's a...
