Excellent Food, Service, and Atmosphere!

My recent visit to Panarottis at Centurion Mall was absolutely delightful!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of Centurion Lake that adds a special touch to the dining experience.

It's clear they've put thought into creating a family-friendly environment, making it a great spot for a casual meal with loved ones.

We were lucky enough to have Tebello as our server, and they were truly outstanding!

Their friendly and attentive service elevated our entire experience. Tebello was incredibly helpful in navigating the menu, offering some excellent recommendations, especially for their vegetarian options.

We tried both the vegetarian pizza and pasta, and both were incredibly delicious.

The pizza had a perfect crust and flavorful toppings, while the pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich and satisfying.

It's clear that Panarottis uses fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Beyond the food, the overall service was top-notch.

The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The restaurant was bustling but well-managed, and we didn't have to wait long for our food, despite it being busy.

Panarottis at Centurion Mall is a fantastic addition to the mall's dining options.

Whether you're looking for a delicious pizza, a comforting pasta dish, or simply a relaxing meal with a beautiful view, this is the place to be.

I want to give a special shout-out to the Panarotthis team at Centurion Mall. They were incredible, and it takes a next-level kind of service to drive me to write a review like this.

We were served by Rumbi, and the managers were Theshma and Rika. And although they were fantastic and deserve a special mention, I can honestly say that it's the entire team that made our experience stand out.

I think the most important part for me was seeing how great they were with my friend's daughter. For this reason alone, I would suggest this branch to any parent wanting to enjoy a good evening and know that their kids are taken care of.

Please also extend my gratitude to each and every member of the team. Because at the end of the day, it's the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff, the waiting staff and management that all contribute to an experience like this.

And yes, Rumbi did get us to download and register on the app. She's a good salesperson. ;)

Was with my daughter who loves the kiddies area and while she was playing I had the opportunity to enjoy my bottle of wine and the Caesar salad was amazing 👏 😋 😌, fresh ingredients. when I thought I had seen it all I got to meet the friendliest new Operator Thesh who share a nice chat with me, made me feel at home and I took her number down, my new Panarottis bestie that one. my waiter Ceasar like the salad was attentive, kind and super friendly. Definitely coming back. Even joined the family by registering the card. will be having my garlic bread on my next visit. I...
