I had the worst experience ever , not the first time experiencing such bad service there. The staff at Woolworths Clothing are very rude and they donât know what a customer is⊠whether Iâm in my work uniform or in casual clothes, they are rude. My first incident was when I went to do shopping in my casual clothes , they didnât greet me, she was the whole time staring on the system chatting to her colleague and laughing. The recent one was 12 April, I thought they would have changed their behaviour towards customers regardless uniform or casual clothes. A customer is a customer.. I was assisted by Katlego at the exchange department, she didnât greet also chatting to her colleagues who were behind her, I took out my card, made the transaction and she didnât she thank you continued chatting to her colleagues⊠what is Woolworths teaching their staff? Where has the customer service gone to? This is ridiculous and disappointing. Iâm disgusted by the attitude of Woolworths Clothing staff in all departments there. They are pathetic!!! I actually go there cos itâs the closest to my work and my place but now I will not go there anymore, I would rather travel far knowing that I will receive...
   Read moreA month ago I wrote a review using my personal email with account name Mpho Ngwenya on a chocolate cake that was purchased from the Woolworths cafe in centurion, the store âownerâ responded with an email address I emailed the provided email and I received the worst customer service, they wasted my time because the staff donât even know what products they sell Milani Ngazelwa asked me irrelevant questions regarding the cake even after I shared all information with her she seemed to not be aware that Woolworths has a cafe that sells fresh cakes. I then received an email from Samantha Petersen saying she will send a voucher via sms to my number I didnât receive anythingâŠtwo weeks later Aphiwe Bontsi responds to my email saying that the sms will be sent I still didnât receive anything until I figured out that this done in pretence to seem as if customer concerns are noted down but all that was done was my time was wasted instead of investigating Woolworths is still selling stale cake slices Iâm disappointed to say the least and will not be shopping at that store again.

   Read moreToday I learned a valuable lesson on Woolworths Centurion mall. If any event, one is needs to ask for information and they approach an employee on the floor, watch their body language and facial expression. This afternoon, I approach a lady on the floor who was standing ( the shop was not busy at all) I greeted with my all but got a â I am not in the mood kind of lookâ however I was hopefull. Upon asking for assistance I knew we were going to end well, even asked the lady not to move cause she was talking to me as i came out of now where to piss her off. I even requested she does not move so we donât end off in a fight. I too was not in a fight moodđđđ. But No, she wanted to show me what an idiot I am. My suggesting to Woolworths, is to visit Any Chamberlain in the country and see how all employees treat their customers. It is amazing can that even the old tired looking ones walk you to where you need to be and finish of a sale. That lady has been working for woolworths for years, I know her from the shop. If ever she is tired, put her in the storeroom where she does not have to be incontact...
