Yage Chinese Restaurant & Sushi - Centurion Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

The service is appalling.... we used to love this place but today was such a bad experience and honestly a waste of our time... would never recommend this place and won't be back. Our waitress Sim gave us ridiculously bad service, she was so disinterested she might as well not have been there. I ordered crispy chicken which was ok... but my boyfriend ordered sushi which we continued to wait and wait and wait for even after my food had arrived... whilst other people who had ordered after us were enjoying their sushi and even ordering more... all the while our waitress was sitting down behind the counter chatting (the restaurant was not busy, maybe 4 tables max). She didn't offer any explanation or even an apology. We eventually had to get a takeaway but the sushi was really terrible. Its a waste of money, and during times like these no one has money to waste or time to waste on pathetic service. I did try contacting the manger but he did not answer his phone...Its so sad what's happened to this place. But will definitely never be back. Rather spend our money and time on establishments...

Had the hot food, steamed pork buns were very disappointing and undercooked unfortunately, however the sweet an sour pork was quite tasty. Coffee milkshake was good but heavily overpriced, and some how my sprite wasn’t carbonated? I know it sounds a little far fetched, i am just as in disbelief as you are..? Main complaint is with the majority of the staff, our waiter was understanding towards our complaints, however the rest of the staff were on their phone and lounging around and talked loudly enough to disrupt guests conversations.. I would give the restaurant another try in the hopes of having a better...

We went for the sushi buffet (all you can eat) and it was great! The service was fantastic and so was the sushi. You get a menu that you can order from as much as you can eat. Included in the all you can eat are spring rolls (a must to order), dumplings and a few other small dishes which is not sushi as well as desert. The regular menu has a really good variety of Chinese dishes and their drinks menu also have plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend Yage restaurant if you are craving sushi or...
