Oh my word ! Where do I begin with this mall ! What a horrible mall this is ! No service and the management is horrible too ! Worse experience ever !

On Saturday the 16th December 2023 I went to go do my nails at exclusive beauty salon the one right across Mr Price ! My good I’ll leave photos for you to see what I mean by worse experience and service ever ! I asked to do a basic France manicure . And she messed it up completely and I kept telling her it’s not right ! I even showed her what I wanted and my feet normal plain white and she even messed that up to the point where I went to another place to fix the mess they made . When I went to pay I asked for management of the place and then they called the lady . Wow what an unpleasant experience. So I show her my nails and tell her it was really bad and I’m not happy I want a refund . She grabs my hands and won’t let go I even told her leave it and then she said she doesn’t care if we go to centre management and complain . She kept saying let me redo it and I said no because of my experience and she got upset . I called the owner I’ll provide the number too and explain my story . This man shouted at me and said his policy is that I have to go remove the nails by him to get my refund and I said I won’t go back there to remove it because of the service and how she handled me . And he wouldn’t budge with me and kept saying that’s all . So I said okay I’ll approach the centre management of the mall . Which then I came in today the 18 of December 2023 .

I spoke to one of the people and I explained my complaint and all he told me is I can’t help you and then I said even if you guys have so many bad reviews of this store you won’t do anything . He then said it’s none of there business and not there affairs to handle the clients complaints of the services they get ! So mean come on this mall already not the best and you can’t even help out because who will honestly go back to them after an expensive like that ? I will never be back to this mall again and I won’t suggest people do because if anything happens the management won’t even help you out after you were grabbed and got such a bad experience.

Let the photos be a judgment for yourself to see what horrible work EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY SALON GIVES YOU ! They right across Mr Price and also wow there is no cleanliness there it’s so dirty and they don’t sanitise anything ! Don’t know how they still in the business of beauty !

If I could give a 0 star to this...

Centre has most amenities but I have been accosted on two occasions one where my friends handbag was stolen and another where I was actually stabbed by a person which was trying to steal my groceries. I would not recommend visiting the centre and future as I have been dangerous and on many occasions or lot of the shops are not kept to the times that are stipulated on their doors as well as the fish in group Store's staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and will actually end up laughing at you in the face and once you complain to management they simply do not care and will not follow up on any of your serious complaints that you have submitted in writing and by email or by word of mouth. Totally unacceptable for a centre of this size and where it is situated. My advice is to stay clear from the small and the centre management at any...

We mainly go there for Virgin Active from the South Entrance. Use the East entrance to quickly get to Woolworths, our preferred retailer for fresh produce 🥑🥗

Other retailers we use in the Mall@Reds include Edgars, Incredible Connection, Clicks & PNA, Game and Cape Union Mart.

🍔 Drive Through Restaurants: the McDonald's is the fastest and easiest drive through, but we also like Steers for variety, otherwise KFC across the road at Sasol. We've tried but never had a good drive through experience at the Nando's.
