This was the closest kauai branch at the time and I haven't been to this one in many, many years since I last finished my contract with planet fitness at the mall at reds.

The service was slow and I ordered the steak and avo wrap and the green juice. Only after about 5 minutes, the guy working there came to me and ask me what I am talking about.

He kept staring at my phone. Like, I have the menu ready on my phone? Which was weird because I was busy with my bank things, it's unprofessional and he didn't communicate well at all.

Instead, he should have just come to me and said, hi, ma'am, just to confirm you want the all about greens smoothie? And I would have said, yes, thank you.

Instead, he came to me, kept staring at my phone and saying, "what was it that you ordered?" I had to ask what he meant? The steak and avoiding wrap? He just kept staring at my phone and then I had to go search and find for a exact name of the smoothie/green juice.

There's no other green juice, 1 green smoothie. It's not that hard.

I also waited long for my rap. Once I had it, it was absolutely delicious. Just a bit lazy, there was one block cheese in there that was hardly melted. But honestly, it was probably the best steak and avo wrap I've ever had from Kauai overall.

I was satisfied and full, but I wouldn't go back necessarily if I have the other Kauais as an option. Yes, the service was okay, but weird.

The atmosphere wasn't great while I sat there waiting for my rap people sitting there just yelling at each other, not going into the gym. I don't know what they were sitting there for but they just kept yelling at each ogher while I waited over 20 minutes for my wrap. Not a...

I have never ever gotten my order on time even if i have pre ordered my stuff with the "10-20 minute, on my way" option for collection", whenever you go to this store, your order will only get made when you arrive.

Very disappointing I dont understand the point of using this app, the same thing happened yesterday and I also mentioned this to the manager, clearly nothing was done as the very same thing happened today. I will be buying less from this store going forward and will be supporting the Kauai brand alot less, your clients are of no importance to your brand clearly.

I also tried to buy a new subscription for this month via the app and no options were available to purchase, please remove your app from the playstore if it does not work.

1.) A lot of times I have to stand and wait for how long until someone comes out of the kitchen to take my order. I once even opened the kitchen door to get someones attention.

2.) It seems like they are not properly trained since they always have to call other staff to assist them. Not knowing what's in a product or not sure how to work the system. I also have to repeat my order a lot of the times. They seem very confused when I order something with Almond Milk and then I have to explain.

3.) They do not allow anyone to buy at Kauai if you are not a VA member. Not sure if that's normal.

4.) Their system are almost always off-line. So I always have to read my rewards numbers to them.

5.) 3 times in a row they didn't have the same ingredient, so I couldn't order specific menu items. It's always an essential ingredient.

6.) The ingredients they use in the wraps are never 100% fresh. Every wrap I've had there the tomato was soft and the lettuce soggy. Their wraps are also smaller than...
