Worst experience I have ever had at any food place. The place is dirty and the staff are absolutely arrogant. The ladies that were working there are rude, sarcastic and extremely unhelpful.

I have been there more than once and both occasions, they acted as if serving us was a bother.

Change your staff because from the reviews, it's a major problem. Will never support again. Also, refused to give us the branch managers contact details, although doubt they are concerned if everyone is complaining and nothing is being done.

From the response I received and responses on other reviews, the owner/management doesn't seem bothered- it's just out of courtesy. Don't waste your time going to Milky Lane at MOS. It's not worth the frustration and horrible experience, waste of money and time. Might as well close...

Sunday evening taking the kids out for ice cream, get to mall of the south milky lane the staff are standing around eating, looking at us as if we coming to ask for food, the tables are filthy. We stand for a few minutes before the one of the ladies come to say hello before we could respond she turns around and walks away. Another gets up from the floor, my husband says " we would like to..." before he could even finish she rudely interrupted him and says "someone is coming to clean the tables" with scarsm in her voice.

I am absolutely disguised by the treatment we just received. Completely unnecessary.

It's sad how we as consumers get treated, if it wasn't for us consumers you wouldn't have a job to give people unnecessary atitude! So much for just wanting...

Was at the Mall of The South Milky Lane. Very excited to have a Bar-One Bonanza and Ferrero Rocherro waffle, as we've had previous meals at other branches. Very disappointed.

The staff's attitude reflects on the meal quality. Very unfriendly and somber. The meal was brought fast to our table, but once we saw the quality, we understood why. We know it doesn't have to look like the advertisements, we understand that, but a bit of effort would've been appreciated. Not worth the money we paid. It looked like a normal waffle that is R30 cheaper, with one single chocolate ball thrown in with one stripe or chocolate sauce and hardly any ice cream and cream. Will not be back.
