Debonairs Pizza Mall of the South — Restaurant in Gauteng

The service at the till was good, quick and professional, however the pizza was so dry, tasteless and so flat. The bottom base had nothing, the other parts seemed like they wanted to spread cream but changed their minds. If i had a dip, would have dipped it somewhere so that R400 is not completely wasted. I thought Protea Glen was worse but its official, most Debonairs Pizza have no respect for all customers everywhere........18/03 Thank you for your response but you've sent a link that doesn't work so one is not able to send any details. The receipt gets taken by them when you collect. I had bought 2 triple decker creamy chicken and the order number was 191 if not mistaken. Around 5:15pm if not mistaken. That's all I have. This issue can be rectified by serving us what we pay for, the empty pizza is getting ridiculous and this is most debonairs where I buy from. One wonders if the staff is instructed to ensure they put as little toppings as possible because its the same with most debonairs...

Very disappointed with the service received today. I ordered 2 small pizzas; after returning to collect my order, I showed the lady at the til my slip and without even checking, she said "it's not ready" when I could LITERALLY see the boxes. I pointed tp them and she rudely gave them to me Only for me to discover upon returning home that one if thr boxes has the wrong order. I believe it should be standard that the waitrons confirm orders before handing them over Furthermore, I couldn't even retun the pizza because the lady took the slip 28 November 2024 at ±18:30 Ordered Tikka Chicken and received something...

Very bad service,i waited for almost 45 to 50 minutes, i ordered a chicken mayo pizza, only to get cheese only on my pizza both of them, i was so disappointed on my arrival at home, en cashier was the only one surviving both till point en packaging of the pizza, i'm so disappointed with the service very very very bad, i should have ordered ocean basket next, where i so one person enjoying the meal wyle i was waiting en waiting for my pizza on to get pizza with no chicken at all, only...
