●Drinks were great,mega death by chocolate milkshake and coke was ordered.

●Atmosphere was great as the place was packed to the brim,really great restaurant overall

●Service was outstanding as well,we were always checked on and food was pretty quick to come out even tho the restaurant was full,servers are friendly and very welcoming.

●CHILLI JALAPENO BOMBS(Had the perfect amount of filling,outer layer was crispy was really delicious,seasoned to perfection and was even greater with the mofo mayo)

●HOT CHICKEN STRIPS(Didnt have any chilli taste,seasoned perfectly and cooked perfectly,chicken was very moist and crispy)

●CUSTOM SMASH BURGER(caramelised onions were delicious,mofo mayo and chilli mayo were great but had no chilli taste,mushrooms added a great texture,cheese was great and patty was cooked and seasoned to perfection,bacon was soft and delicous as well)

●CUSTOM SMASH BURGER 2(caramelised onions were sticky and delicous,smoked bbq sauce added a great flavour,the chilli mayo didnt have any spice to it but was still great,I got a second patty and also aged cheese which enhances it even more,bacon was really great as well)

●MOFO MAYO(Great flavour and taste,couldnt taste any hotness or spice as the menu said but was still delicious)

●It's been years since I had roco mama's and I was not dissapointed at all,a real great lunch and the service and food made it even...

I was honestly so disappointed with the service and overall experience.

There were only six people in the entire restaurant (three couples, including us), so it wasn’t even busy. Yet, I waited for over an hour for my food to arrive. When it finally did, the order was incomplete — items that were part of the meal were missing. I even had to ask for the menu again to show the waiter that the food was missing certain items.

The waiter took my plate back, and when it was returned, almost everything was burnt — from the bacon to the sausages and mushrooms. The quality was really bad. To make things worse, they had limited glasses available. When I asked for a refill, they had to wait for me to finish my drink so they could reuse the same glass for the refill — which is just unacceptable.

What made it worse was that literally everyone in the restaurant was complaining. Every single couple spoke to the manager, including myself, but all he did was say “sorry.” It felt like no one really cared to fix anything.

Honestly, Rocomamas Mall of the South needs to get things in order — whatever they’re dealing with behind the scenes is clearly affecting the food...
