Disappointing Experience at Yoyo Bubble – Mall of the South

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service my daughter and I received during our recent visit to Yoyo Bubble at Mall of the South. From the moment we arrived, the staff appeared disinterested and unwilling to assist us. When we asked for guidance—being first-time visitors and unfamiliar with how the ordering process works—we were met with dismissive attitudes. One staff member even seemed to fall asleep while we were trying to engage with her.

My daughter had been very excited to try Yoyo Bubble for the first time, but unfortunately, the experience was not at all what we expected. We ended up choosing the watermelon option, which sadly was of such poor quality that we had to throw it away.

It’s disappointing when customer service falls short, especially when it affects a child’s special outing. I sincerely hope the management addresses this and considers retraining staff on how to offer friendly, helpful service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this...

someone needs to fix whatever is going on with that store, the service is terrible there. you cant even sit down and enjoy your drink, the employees are always rowdy and obnoxious. they are rude and make racial slurs' against Indians and make all kinds or rude comments about white people and then switch to Shona when they wanna talk about black people. they are always shouting and making noise making it unbearable to be there. when you dare ask them any information about their drinks, they act as if you are stupid for not knowing everything about what they sell. a couple that was seating before us, left their drinks on the table because they were so annoyed by everything that was going on, did not even finish...

Terrible service at this shop I ordered a coffee bubble tea and got garbage the gave me baoba that was extremely hard. I went back to tell them i want I refund they told me it should taste like that. I told her i had coffee boaba before . She siad so what am i supposed to do. While waiting they smirked with each other making me feel like a fool. They even talked to each saying ama colored while I was talking to my husband. I just left it there and as I walked away they laughed harder. Never going back to that dump again.
