I have ordered here a few times since my last review. I learned not to order drinks with them because they might forget them. Then i ordered again, food was perfect, no drinks this time.
I ordered last night, month end. I must say, I am extremely disappointed. I ordered two plates with brisket, bbq wors, fried cabbage and pap, the other was the same only difference was chilli wors. Then I ordered chips.
This time around though, the pap was burned, none of the plates had wors, and the brisket although still tasty was undercooked. I had to toss the chips because they were burnt to the crisp. Extremely crunchy, not edible at all.
In hindsight, I’ve learned that they are not really good at keeping track of their orders or handling high volumes of orders. This is something they need to work on.
I won’t atop ordering though, I love their food but maybe not at the end of the month. I am removing a star because of the persistent inconsistencies with their food.

I know... It's a bit weird after what I said.
The reason why I'm not coming back is because of the service.
The person behind the till (except for the ladies) always seems like you're wasting their time. They rarely greet you, and when they do speak to you they're so inaudible it's like you just woke them from a heavy hangover. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
It's a shame because I really like their food.
Maybe I'm being harsh.
I don't mean they should have a musical number every time a customer walks into the shop, you're in customer service it will help a little with your friendlier.

Read more2025 Update 10 stars, the brisket is to die for and get you off your body goals. Can't believe I had pap there twice within a week. Best to eat there when the meat is still hot. At this point I'm asking myself fine dining for who? Totally satisfied.
