Worst KFC I've been to by a MILE! And that's saying something. Placed an order at 17:45, went up to the "collections" place at 18:10 and showed the lady my slip when I realised that they completely skipped my order. The lady didn't even glance at the slip. She took one look at me, saw that I was young and attended to people who came after me. She ignored me point blank even when I tried to ask if the order was ready, she wouldn't respond. Stood there growing impatient for a few minutes before I went back to my mom and asked her to try because that lady refuses to acknowledge my presence. My mom managed to get the order when she asked for it at 18:15 and we left. Got in the car and wanted to snack on the way home. The second I opened the bag, the smell of oil and burnt food filled the car. The wings were burnt, the actual chicken was darker than it's supposed to be and just like that, my appetite was gone. Sadly, I can't give zero stars but know that if I could, I would! So disgusted by this poor service
Edit: Came back 25/03/2022, about 2 years after the first part, and I have to say, the food quality has not improved at all. I was very confused when ordering the dunked twister meal and instead received something that looked nothing like a twister and more like a wrap. This must be false advertising of some sort, right? Read moreArrived at 21h05, stood in the queue for 10 minutes, I was the second customer from the front. Lusanda was constantly being called to attend to the front counter being told "we have guests" she kept screaming back that she is coming (this is why I waited for 10min, the guy in front of me had been waiting longer) Lusanda then tells us that there is no meat and they cannot assist us, a whole 45min before closing time. We argued we've been kept waiting for a while and no one had bothered to share this information with us. Then Busisiwe steps in and says they cannot help us, there is no meat -with this attitude. One customer even left after stating that this is the fourth time he is experiencing this bad service.
The new staff you have hired here are going to drive away clients and also you should be picking up on the lower revenue that the shop is making compared to the past period when you had willing employees. Also the door was locked by Lusanda at 21h25 but the establishment closes at 22h00. The service is awful and seemingly the new employees, especially these two do not care.

More than half the week, the drive through will not be working efficiently, they make u order and pay at the same point even though they have an intercom system. Maybe they would spend a bit to upgrade their systems. This causes massive queue and a backlog of over 45 mins. I have been in it multiple times. Their payment system will be offline, and yet they will still take orders through the drive thru and then make u walk inside 45 mins later to pay, all the while showing no remorse or concern. They know about the issues before hand but refuse to let customers know. This is a shout out to Gregory (apologies if it's spelt incorrectly) the manager on duty who is absolutely useless and doesn't bother resolving issues. Please do not waste your time here. I recommend going wither to Cresta or just up Beyers another KFC and even one in palmcourt which isn't far either. All much better service and worth the km or 3...
