My friend and I spent a lovely afternoon at the spa. We were warmly welcomed by friendly and very professional staff. I had a 90 min Grounding Massage which was absolutely heavenly! The therapist explained exactly what she was going to do as it was the first time I was having this kind of massage. Me feet were wrapped in warm damp towels to start off with which made me settle in nicely. The rest I must admit was so good that I dozed off a few times and willed myself awake so that I would be conscious of the treatment! After the body massage she asked if I wanted a scalp massage which I accepted. The treatment ended off with a hot damp towel rub down to remove excess oil which was great! We had a full day spa package for 2 yesterday, and I can truly say it was one of the best spa experiences we have had! Everything in between, from the staff to the facilities and treatment, was exceptional. I felt so relaxed and taken care of; the lunch included was also very lovely and perfectly filling. The only slight issue we had was our manicure and pedicure started peeling a few hours after, even after adhering to the therapist's instructions, but this isnt much of a worry for us because of how amazing everything else was!
