Milky Lane Somerset Mall — Local services in Somerset West

Very disappointed. Went to milky lane in grandwest and ordered a oreo waffle..was given the sauces to throw over..it was very nice. Then in somerset west I decided to go to their milky lane at the mall with my dad because I wanted to also introduce it to him. We order the expensive waffles and was told by a very rude lady that I was only allowed to get sauces with the cheapest classic waffle... Why? That's the reason I came to the milky lane.. Was for the sauces... Why does 1 milkylane allow you to get sauce and the other one not? Aren't they all francises? The staff was so rude when I asked about it..my dad and I won't be returning again....

I ordered the oh so sweet break on Uber Eats and could choose 4 toppings, from their description they said chunks of aero and oreo pieces as that is why I chose the toppings. When it arrived there was crumbs of oreo and hardly any aero on, but on the site they want to charge R11,90 for extra toppings and that is what you get. I phoned in and the manager told me no they serve it with crumbs and she wishes there is something she could do. That's is not my fault their description is wrong on Uber Eats and expect me to pay that price...

We ordered a chocolate cake (R300) for a birthday. Very very disappointed.
