Purchased a lovely diamond ring from Joyeria Classic for my wife whilst on holiday. We liked this jewellery shop due to its relaxed approach by the staff who simply let us look around without any pressure at all. When we made our choices, we approached Jack for his assistance. Jack was very helpful and let us choose the ring in a relaxed atmosphere with no hard sell techniques. On that day of purchase, the wife's fingers had swollen due to the heat of the day, but the next day, her finger swelling had reduced. Hence, the ring was slightly too big. We visited the shop on Saturday, explaining to Jack that we had a flight late Sunday evening and could the ring be altered slightly. We recognised that this was Saturday midday, and this could be a difficult task. Jack was honest and stated he may get the ring altered by 16.00 hrs that day. If not, he would deliver the ring to us personally by 22.00 hrs that evening after closing the shop. We left our phone numbers so he could keep us informed. I've bought 2 18ct gold wedding bands for me and the Mrs in August 2024, when we choosed the wedding rings they felt heavy and one of them didn't fit, was mine. At first they asked me for 1200 euros for the 2 , I said my budget is 1000 euros they said fine, even though one of them would have to be added more gold to fit me, we picked them up on the day we were told . But since then I always felt something wasn't right , the weight didn't felt the same and I even felt suspicious about it being gold or not without mentioning to the Mrs. Today I just went to a UK jewellery and to take my suspicions away from my mind. We had a lovely experience at this jewellers. Very attentive to what I was looking for. I needed the band of a ring expanded in size so I was advised to have an extra piece added to keep the size width of the band rather than making it thin So we agreed to that. We were returning home to Ireland the next day. Jack managed to get the ring resized and delivered to the hotel in Costa Adeje in the evening. What an excellent service.
