I can understand why some people might find this experience enjoyable under better conditions, but I gave it one star because our trip should have been canceled—and it wasn’t. The water was incredibly rough, and nearly everyone on the boat looked like they were about to be sick. It was freezing cold, with intense wind, and I honestly can’t imagine how anyone could have enjoyed it.

They claim to cancel in bad weather, but that simply wasn’t the case. There was absolutely no reason the catamaran should have gone out that evening. It felt like they chose to go ahead with the cruise purely for financial reasons, since it was fully booked, and as a result, the entire group was left to suffer through a miserable experience.

Also, be aware that this is not a scenic boat ride along the coast. The boat goes straight out into the water, turns around, and comes straight back—so the view isn’t particularly...

This was the most amazing special trip of the whole holiday. The catamaran is large and comfortable with a well stocked bar. The crew were so lovely and the thing that showed on their faces was that they really loved doing it. They all went completely out of their way to make Doreen’s 90th Birthday a very, very special one. Even placing a glass of bubbles in our hands and raising a toast. The sunset over Barcelona port was breathe taking and we loved watching our fellow passengers unite in the atmosphere of the amazing music that was just perfect for this beautiful moment. The crew even to not only talk to us but to serenade the birthday girl with an appropriate and fabulous rendition of Happy Birthday.
