Hotel Restaurante Bahía (Cala Santandria) — Restaurant in Ciutadella

Top quality restaurant with amazing views of the local beach , the atmosphere is intimate & rustic & the staff are friendly & attentive . The prices are reasonable & drinks are premium brands @ sensible cost , The coffee served here is a strong continental style roast & of a style to my liking and I purchased a a carajillo style coffee e.g . Black coffee with brandy it was a perfect combination to compliment my mid afternoon ice cream which was an artisan quality trio of vanilla & caramel & whiskey flavour ice creams & is called the 57 I believe , plus another coffee americano with a bottle of quality mineral water the total cost was under 10 euro's which is amazing value I thought . The Bahia really is a must place visit for the serious coffee drinker !! & for those who appreciate quality of food & service in a beautiful location . RECOMMEND ICE CREAM...

It was my vacation and i decided to spend the evening in this restaurant, with amazing views. Food was excellent, but service 🤦🏻‍♀️The entire team simply ignores you. Agatha is the name of the waitress who brought me food, she just threw the starter on the table, causing bread to fall from another plate, but there was no reaction or apology, she just turned around and walked away. It's was just a shock for me. The food was insanely delicious, but service was absolutely crap. I quickly finished eating, paid and left!!! Now i understand why the are not busy, like a closer Cova Sa Nacra restaurant, definitely recommend go there ☝️you will be enjoying excellent quality food and...

Arrived and shown to table very quickly, order taken . Sorry but bread /garlic oil ordered did not arrive even after being asked 3 times if we would like some (was still on bill had to ask to have it removed ), fresh sea bass arrived very good . Had to ask for sweet menu , this arrive quickly however after 30 mins of waiting for someone to take this order we gave up and asked for the bill . We had better service from the staff at Hopi beach bar and the steak house( Sa Quadra) . My advice is dont expect too much . Customers at the next table were trying to attract the attention of staff for 20 mins before they gave up . Very poor service ...... go to the steak house or...
