Carrefour Express — Local services in Granada

My recent visit to this store was extremely disappointing due to a negative interaction with the staff. I picked up what I believed to be a standard 2-pack of yogurt, but upon reaching the checkout, it was discovered to be part of a 4-pack, no idea who did this before. The staff immediately accused me of breaking the packaging, despite my explanation. Instead of apologizing or understanding the mistake, they insisted I was at fault. The situation escalated horrifyingly when, in a clear display of anger and intimidation, the staff member deliberately smashed the yogurt off the table. This act was completely unprovoked and left me feeling extremely threatened and shaken. To make matters worse, they refused to check me out, citing closing time, yet continued to serve other customers.

The complete lack of apology, combined with the discriminatory service, made this a very unsettling and frustrating encounter. This store's customer service is well below standard. I hope others will be cautious when shopping here.

Small convenience store with a reasonable range of food and household goods at reasonable prices. Clean and well stocked, for the size, no empty shelves. Conveniently situated for city centre shopping. On the down side a little small and cramped to move around. Limited range means not suitable for a full weekly shop. Having said that as a visitor to Granada this convenient shop is an absolute life saver for someone not familiar with the city and who wants...
