Exploring Granada on a Segway was something I was genuinely looking forward to, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience, all thanks to Fares. This was my very first time riding a Segway, and Fares made it an absolute breeze. His patience and guidance during the training session, which lasted a good 5-10 minutes, gave me the confidence I needed to navigate the streets of this beautiful city.
The tour itself was nothing short of extraordinary. We glided through the entire city, taking in the stunning sights and soaking up the history and culture that Granada has to offer. One of the highlights was visiting the old cave houses, where Fares shared fascinating stories that brought the past to life. His trivia and anecdotes added a unique touch to the journey, making it both educational and thoroughly enjoyable.
Every single minute of the tour was pure joy. Fares’ enthusiasm and expertise made him the best guide I’ve had in my travels over the past 10 days. He didn’t just show us the city; he made sure we truly experienced it. If you’re planning a trip to Granada, I can’t recommend a Segway tour with Fares enough. It’s one of the best ways to explore this enchanting city while having a ton of fun.
Thank you, Fares, for an incredible experience. You made my visit to Granada truly special, and I’ll always cherish...
Read moreMy husband and I took a detour in search of a brunch spot on our last day in Granada and stumbled upon some parked segways. Out of curiosity we inquired about the Segway tours and George was really informative without being pushy. We reached out to him later in the day and he accommodated us and at a great price. We had enough practice before we began our actual tour. My husband was a natural but I was nervous and made a few mistakes. George was really patient and helpful each and every time. He is an excellent teacher.
We toured Sacromonte & Albaicin. George had a wealth of knowledge about Granada and each neighborhood we visited which added to the experience. The segways help tremendously in navigating the city quicker without burning out as Granada is very hilly. We explored and learned so much! There were so many hidden gems and views we would have missed had it not been for George. Thanks once again George. If we return to Granada, our first stop will be to TopSegway to learn more about the city and it’s culture. Because we didn’t have a lot of time since we were leaving Granada that day we did a 2 hour tour. If you have more time, definitely go for the...
Read moreI went on a ride with Simon a few weeks ago and I thought it was a fantastic experience. It was a very small group with only about five people, and we were provided hair covers with the helmets and large water bottles. The bikes were very nice and the electric system was easy to use, as you could choose your level of engagement and it responds to your effort. In this way, it was very easy to climb steep hills. It was a nice mix between riding and learning about what we were seeing, as he showed us the main street by the river, a lookout point over a neighborhood with cave houses, and the Arabic quarter. He also asked us where we’d been previously so he could tailor the tour for us, which was great. I asked to go to the best spot he knew of, and he did not disappoint one bit! We went up to the top of the hill overlooking the mountains, the Alhambra, and the city, right before sunset, and the vistas were incredible. I would definitely take a tour again. The one thing I would change is the duration of the ride… I could’ve gone for hours! In that way, maybe there could be a choice for how long the ride should be? Overall, a...
