The review mentioned that there were many misleading images in previous reviews and photos, likely from nearby locations. The naturally formed pool was enjoyed by children, with water possibly a degree or two warmer than the sea. The bottom of the pool was rocky, and it's recommended to wear water shoes. The pool itself is not deep (above the knees). Photos in other reviews showed a neighboring natural pool that is deep and dangerous during bigger waves. Lifeguards close access when wave conditions increase. Returning to the smaller pool, it contains fish, making it fun for children to catch. There's a mini waterfall, if it can be called that, where water from the sea flows in. Even during higher waves, the pool is enjoyable and safe. To the left, there's a gravel shore. Most people sunbathe on the concrete path next to the pool. During the visit, there was a risqué model photoshoot happening. The views around with crashing waves are...

Un lugar impresionante donde poder desconectar, por ejemplo.. dando un paseo por el litoral hasta Puerto de Santiago, hacer deporte en sus instalaciones públicas, ver una de las mejores puestas de Sol de la isla y darse un baño relajante desde el muelle del pueblo hasta las diferentes piscinas naturales y calas. El clima es muy estable, puede que haga mal tiempo en el resto de la isla y sin embargo en este rinconcito de la isla estará soleado. Dispones de diferentes sitios para comer, sobre todo pescado fresco. Un lujo que tenemos en Tenerife, hay que mantenerlo y cuidarlo. Los meses de verano están más masificados y es un poco más complicado conseguir aparcamiento. Sin duda de obligada visita si...

Me ha encantado el sitio. Además de las piscinas naturales hay un paseo con parques distintos adaptados a cada edad: niños, jovenes y adultos, así como para practicar voleibol, baloncesto, y hasta fútbol si te pones porque hay dos porterías pequeñas. Es grande y genial para pasear con los perros aunque estos no pueden ir a las zonas dedicadas al baño, o sea, no pueden ir al mar. Las piscinas naturales están muy bien porque aunque puedes notar las olas, las cuales se notan más cuando sube o baja la marea, es un espacio seguro, con no demasiada profundidad, en el cual se puede enseñar a nadar a los niños cuando el mar está en calma y con la marea...
