Although the location is good and some dishes too… the attitude of the waiters is awful!!! We were here several times (because of recommendations from our friends). First time we came, we were waiting half an hour for a free table… although there were free tables, but waiters said they are reserved… and after 30 min they just said „ok, you can sit here“ and took the reservation sign away… all other tables were free for a whole time we were there, with a „reservation“ sign on them. We thought - ok… maybe next time will be otherwise. Everything happened… maybe someone canceled their booking.

We came one more time. All waiters were with stone-faces… like: „What do you want?!“ On our question: „Can i have a menu?“ Answer was: „i don’t know… look over there…“

Then they have cleaned several tables and threw a reserved sign on it. Not even asking if we would like to sit here… how many person are we… although we were asking them several times that we would like to have a dinner here. No one said: that the waiting time is too long… or today we are full… NO. Waiters just ignore you!

After a long time waiting for them i just left this place and went to another restaurant.

What a difference four months makes. In November everything was exemplary but this time we walked away having corrected the bill upwards as they had forgotten one of the hard fought drinks we actually received. The food was cold, the service was beyond poor. Being generous it could have been the time of year - perhaps shortage of staff - certainly, an off night for the restaurant - maybe or complacency - certainly possible. We asked four times for drinks, but none came, the food was cold and the view was amazing until it got dark then you couldn't see to eat what food you had. The only shining star was the front of house manager, who takes multi tasking to a new level. When I explained our difficulty she looked genuinely upset. She was amazing. We had booked again for Sunday but have just cancelled. When you are on holiday for a short time I feel you need consistency from a restaurant...

Location is beautiful. Good choices for vegetarians. Food is good quality, salmon and tiramisu especially. Service was appalling. We were insulted on two occasions by the main waiter all because we were trying to get fed. Despite waiting over 25 minutes to get our drinks and having to ask 3 times for a coke we were told that “ lucky no one fainted “ when I mentioned my partner was a diabetic and we weren’t being pushy. I ordered half a litre of sangria and they brought 1 litre. When I queried this I was later told to check my bill as “ us sneaky Spanish can’t be trusted “. Overall a very frustrating experience and not good value for money. You don’t go out to eat to get insulted. Definitely won’t be back or...
