I visited OpenSpa today while on holiday in Ibiza, and it was exactly what I needed for recovery. After a 90-minute session, I felt absolutely amazing!

The facilities are fantastic—beautiful hot sauna, steam room and a variety of functional showers (rain shower, fog shower, and more). The water therapy zones were excellent, and the cold plunge was a real highlight. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed for relaxation.

Another great perk is that you get unlimited gym access before or after your therapy session. The gym itself was superb—modern, spacious, and with excellent facilities, which made the whole experience feel even more complete.

A big thank you to Ricardo, who looked after us so well—he was attentive, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better.

An absolutely great spa, in terms of water installations, quality of treatments and products. Their hammam is really great and nicely done inside, the salt steam room was an interesting experience too. My masseuse (Laura) was very kind and professional, I left the cabine relaxed and totally detoxed. The rest room is cosy yet a bit small. The only issue was a welcome at the reception: the lady that received us barely smiled at us, explained nothing about the spa and swimming pool and water facilities (even if we specified it was our first time at the spa), when I asked to repeat her one thing a bit slower she got stiff, when we went out from the swimming pool for the massage, she did not pay us much attention neither. What a wonderful experience!! I visited the spa everyday during my stay at the hotel and all the staff were friendly, attentive and caring.

The spa itself is fantastic, constantly being cleaned and refreshed during that day so that whenever you walk in it feels like it just opened.

In particular some staff were very helpful, Ricardo, Anna and Marta provided excellent service.

Denise is an excellent massage therapist and her deep tissue massage was first class.

Finally, I can’t say enough about Laura. Amazing massage each time, responding to how I was feeling on the day and adjusting accordingly. It’s not often that you genuinely feel that someone you don’t know cares so much about your wellbeing.
