What a joke of a place. You’re in Ibiza, on holidays in the peak of summer, and they want you do dress in a suit. Seriously…get a grip. From there , it’s all downhill. The door staff need to remove the pole they are sitting on, and only then will they look at you for a micro-second - before passing you to another door person, who directs you to a ‘chief’ door person. After going through 5-6 people, you get shown your table. Really?? They must’ve thought I’d get lost, or this is the first time I’ve been at a restaurant. Anyway, service was poor. Arrogant and condescending. Food was ok. Pasta was over cooked and cotoleta was small and tasteless. Don’t order the ravioli, unless you like getting 6 pieces of ravioli for $110. All I can say, is eat slow! Finally, the sea bass was made from rubber. I don’t think it came from the sea, but rather a Pirelli factory…other than that, couldn’t fault it. For the price and the experience, I’d rather chew my right arm off....
Read moreWe had an enjoyable evening here that started off poorly. We arrived at our reservation time for a 30th birthday dinner and were told we may not be allowed in. The 2 men were wearing collared shirts, tailored shorts and smart shoes, but they said it’s trousers only.
They begrudgingly let us in and made quite a big deal about it, despite the reservation confirmation saying ‘smart casual’. Surprising it’s trousers only given the heat.
What was odd, was when in the restaurant, there were men wearing trainers, ripped jeans, baseball caps. We were almost the smartest people in there, so it felt odd they made us feel quite unwelcome upon our arrival.
The meal itself was amazing, the food was superb and the portion sizes were good. 2 courses and the breadbasket was a good amount of food. There was a nice selection of food and drink. In addition, the service was excellent. We had such a fun evening that was slightly spoiled at...
Read moreThe evening was ruined by the very disrespectful attitude of the restaurant management. At the beginning we were seated at a very small and uncomfortable table, after we asked to be moved we were seated right under the air conditioner. We asked to be moved again, as the restaurant was almost empty, but we were refused. After we asked to call the manager, he refused us in a very arrogant tone. In this restaurant you are judged solely by how you are dressed and also from what country you came. This is very unpleasant, since we paid almost 1000 euros for dinner. The food is average, for such a price they could have offered more. But the main disadvantage is the narcissistic pompous managers who looked at us arrogantly and communicated in the same way. We do not recommend it - it is better to visit the neighboring restaurant Novikov, where in addition to pleasant staff, you will also be fed...
