What a joke of a place. You’re in Ibiza, on holidays in the peak of summer, and they want you do dress in a suit. Seriously…get a grip. From there , it’s all downhill. The door staff need to remove the pole they are sitting on, and only then will they look at you for a micro-second - before passing you to another door person, who directs you to a ‘chief’ door person. After going through 5-6 people, you get shown your table. Really?? They must’ve thought I’d get lost, or this is the first time I’ve been at a restaurant. Anyway, service was poor. Arrogant and condescending. Food was ok. Pasta was over cooked and cotoleta was small and tasteless. Don’t order the ravioli, unless you like getting 6 pieces of ravioli for $110. All I can say, is eat slow! Finally, the sea bass was made from rubber. I don’t think it came from the sea, but rather a Pirelli factory…other than that, couldn’t fault it. For the price and the experience, I’d rather chew my right arm off....

We had an enjoyable evening here that started off poorly. We arrived at our reservation time for a 30th birthday dinner and were told we may not be allowed in. The 2 men were wearing collared shirts, tailored shorts and smart shoes, but they said it’s trousers only.

They begrudgingly let us in and made quite a big deal about it, despite the reservation confirmation saying ‘smart casual’. Surprising it’s trousers only given the heat.

What was odd, was when in the restaurant, there were men wearing trainers, ripped jeans, baseball caps. We were almost the smartest people in there, so it felt odd they made us feel quite unwelcome upon our arrival.

The meal itself was amazing, the food was superb and the portion sizes were good. 2 courses and the breadbasket was a good amount of food. There was a nice selection of food and drink. In addition, the service was excellent. We had such a fun evening that was slightly spoiled at...

The evening was ruined by the very disrespectful attitude of the restaurant management. At the beginning we were seated at a very small and uncomfortable table, after we asked to be moved we were seated right under the air conditioner. We asked to be moved again, as the restaurant was almost empty, but we were refused. After we asked to call the manager, he refused us in a very arrogant tone. In this restaurant you are judged solely by how you are dressed and also from what country you came. This is very unpleasant, since we paid almost 1000 euros for dinner. The food is average, for such a price they could have offered more. But the main disadvantage is the narcissistic pompous managers who looked at us arrogantly and communicated in the same way. We do not recommend it - it is better to visit the neighboring restaurant Novikov, where in addition to pleasant staff, you will also be fed...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE We were four people dining there. On the bill, they added four drinks that we didn’t order. when we told them to remove, them, they only removed two of the drinks. We had to complain once more and they reluctantly remove the last two ones. Also, when you charge €60 for a plate of pasta, and there is only 12 extra thin raviolis, I call this a complete ripoff. My 13-year-old boy had to order two dishes to be half full. and he usually doesnt eat a lot. Last but not least, they charged us €40 for the bread that was on the table and that we didn’t even ask for The ambiance and the service is good, the quality of the food is good, but I consider the whole experience as a complete scam. And for this, I will never set my foot again in any Cipriani in the world.

The food at Cipriani Ibiza was excellent. No complaints when it comes to taste or quality. What really ruined the experience was the way they served red wine. I was given a basic water glass and when I asked why, the waiter said it was “Cipriani tradition”. I have visited Cipriani in Monaco, Dubai, Marbella and Doha and never experienced anything like this. Even worse, I noticed another table had proper red wine glasses. When I asked, I was told those are only for wines above 2000 euros. All other guests were also drinking red wine from water glasses. This felt disappointing and a bit disrespectful. If you are charging luxury prices, guests should receive a consistently high standard in return. The wine service did not match the rest of the experience.

Cipriani is always good. The service is always of the best quality with the waiters/waitresses being very attentive to their tables. Only complaint is that this year as compared to the last the prices have increased far too much. For reference, the elite Ice cream used to be 20€ 4 years ago it is now 34€. The restaurant has been growing and it’s audience is shifting to younger people. I enjoyed some Fried flowers with anchovies which was very well made (improved since last year). We also had a pizza Cipriani which was good. Lastly the lemon scallops in the picture which were excellent with the white rice. The entry focaccia was far too salty on this day tho.
