Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and attentive staff, who made me feel like an honored guest. The level of service was impeccable, with each member of the team showcasing a genuine passion for hospitality. From their extensive knowledge of the menu to their attentiveness to every detail, they ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.

The menu is a fusion of innovative flavors and local ingredients, resulting in dishes that are both visually stunning and exquisitely delicious. Every plate was a work of art, meticulously crafted by a team of talented chefs who clearly take pride in their creations. The attention to detail in each dish was remarkable, and the flavors danced harmoniously on my palate.

I really had a great time, and really enjoyed the menu. The restaurant has a very neat decoration and a very entertaining musical atmosphere. At first I thought that the ambience was perhaps too serious and the staff kept a certain distance, but I realized that it is a success, they adapt to each person and their needs. They were very nice, kind and friendly. We were served by Filip, he is a great professional and made us feel special at all times. He advised us in the selection of dishes and thanks to him, the rest of his colleagues and the excellent gastronomic level of the place we will certainly repeat when we return to Ibiza. Thank you for this incredible experience!

P.S. I'm going to reduce the rating by 2 stars because I just realized that they charged in the receipt a non-advised gratuity of 20%. I left a tip of 50 euros on cash because I wanted to, but the forced gratuity seemed like a robbery. Things are not to be done that way or if they are, they should warn you. Quite...
