Too many bad experiences to mention. Their products are fine. Their service mostly is just disappointing. They don't deliver orders on the agreed days. And delivery people are upset with me that I'm not home... But the delivery is always a few days earlier or later than agreed. So you can't plan anything. Returns of goods is often complicated. And the last time I had to wait 3 months for my money. Plus I had to communicate with them 3 times, basically begging. If I hadn't checked properly, I would never got the 1000 euro back. In general the problem is that they don't have competition on the island. And that most Spanish companies don't care about their clients, nor about consumer protection...
