Too many bad experiences to mention. Their products are fine. Their service mostly is just disappointing. They don't deliver orders on the agreed days. And delivery people are upset with me that I'm not home... But the delivery is always a few days earlier or later than agreed. So you can't plan anything. Returns of goods is often complicated. And the last time I had to wait 3 months for my money. Plus I had to communicate with them 3 times, basically begging. If I hadn't checked properly, I would never got the 1000 euro back. In general the problem is that they don't have competition on the island. And that most Spanish companies don't care about their clients, nor about consumer protection...

If you are looking for a reliable and professional partner for your project you should avoid this Leroy Merlin store at all costs. I had everything... Wrong invoices, wrong deliveries, wrong executed orders, goods that where marked as delivered but wich I never received and much more you can´t imagine. This store is absolut chaos and no one can take responsibility for the many mistakes the made and no ever said "oh sorry we made a mistake, how can we fix that?" Just excuses and bla bla bla... Customer service = 0. I would give minus stars when this would be possible. I have spend 10th of thousands of euros there but now not a single...

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with Leroy Merlin. I bought a shower cabin and only started installing it a couple of months later, but it turned out to have signs of previous use and one glass panel was broken. It had clearly been returned by someone else and then sold to me again. At the store they told me I should have checked the package myself.
