The place itself is great. We had a nice time up there with my wife and our 3 yr old daughter. Than why the 2 stars?

Well, we have arrived a bit late and we were aware that the place closes at 18.00 o'clock. However, playing with the kid we forgot about the time and arrived at the exit point at 18.07. My mistake, it's true. However, there was no closing time annouced on loudspeaker nor any guards looking for people still inside. The gate was closed with a lock, nobody around. Only one lady in some guard uniform climbing the stairs. She saw us, but continued climbing. Well, we thought it's not her job to let us out, so we waited. After some minutes the same lady appears on the top of the wall, yelling at us in spanish. We told her we only speak english, so she gathered all her english knowledge (not much), to let us know how stupid we are, calling me irresponsible and some other kind things, all this yelling from the top of the castle wall. She continued the show for about five minutes before climbing down and letting us finally out on the gates. She must have felt really important during that 5 minutes she was trying to humiliate us in front of the kid, so I think she really deserves a medal or some bonus from the managment.
