I have ordered lamp chops through Uber eats to the hotel el vp hotels after finally being out of hospitals and was dreaming to have a nice meal. On picture was rice, salad, leaves, chopped fresh onion, tomatoes. They brought me horrible cooked lamps which was on fried French rise (I didn’t order French fries at all, no other things as on picture). I tried to call them, nobody is picking up the phone. I complained on Uber eats app and was promised return the money in 10 working days, why? I ordered 7.45pm today, added extra money online for quick delivery (which they also didn’t do) they brought in regular delivery time 35 min instead of 15. Even coke I ordered 0,5 zero, they putted 0.33 and regular coke, but I was charged as for 0,5. Lachmanchun was horrible, not line on pic no lemon on side, they putted some salad leaves inside and mayo, and it turned to be shourma. My mood spoiled and I’m super disappointed. Such a shame! La comida es muy rica, aunque en mi última visita presencié algo muy desagradable; vi como el chico que prepara la comida estaba fumando afuera del local y al entrar soltó todo el humo en la puerta para dentro dándome en la cara, fue hacia atrás de la barra a coger la comida sin lavarse las manos previamente, menos mal me di cuenta y se lo dije, se lavó las manos de mala manera y pedí obviamente que otra persona me preparara mi pedido, era un menú y patatas me pusieron 4 patatas en la cajita que llevarían hechas desde la mañana por lo menos!! Muy decepcionada la vdd, toda esta plantilla nueva que tenéis deja mucho que desear contrario a los chicos anteriores; soy una clienta que lleva 7 años visitándolos pero me estoy planteando no volver nada más que por la higiene...
