Lizarran — Restaurant in Madrid

Español/inglés. Uf... por donde empezar... quiero ser positivo. Me gusta o intento hacer críticas constructivas, pero este sitio necesita otra gestión. Los baños están echos un desastre aunque en esto los empleados no tienen toda la culpa, si tienes mucha afluencia, me alegro, pero limpias los baños dos veces, porque el olor llega al resto del local. Mesas pegajosas con bayeta que huelen a kilómetro, consecuencia de unos empleados sin experiencia y poco interesados en hacer bien su trabajo ( o poco profesionales) vajilla sucia y mal secada. La comida no está mal y tienen buenos precios. Esta lleno de gente joven que viene a tomar cerveza y picar algo. Es una cuestión de interés o atención por parte de encargado. Lo siento , ánimo, pero en esa plaza hay mucha oferta deseando atender bien a sus clientes. Ugh ... where to emerge ... I want to be positive. I like or try to make constructive criticisms, but this site needs another management. The bathrooms are a mess but in this the employees are not to blame, if you have a lot of affluence, I'm glad, but clean the bathrooms twice, because the smell reaches the rest of the premises. Sticky tables with bayeta that smelt a kilometer, consequence of some employees without experience and little interested in doing well its work (or little professionals) dirty and badly dried dishes. The food is not bad and they have good prices. It's full of young people coming to take beer and snack on something. It is a matter of interest or attention by the manager. Sorry, encouragement, but there is a lot of offer in this square wanting to serve its...

Went here because they had cheap beers. They added 8€ to the bill and when we disputed it they called the chef out of the kitchen with a knife who came around the bar and threatened us. Charming place, recommend it to all, obviously! I gave a different Lizarran chain a try a year later and they also added 4€ to the bill out of nowhere, so I guess it's company policy to overcharge foreigners. You're not missing out on anything by giving this...

Llevo 5 años yendo allí a tomar y comer tapas.pero ayer fui aver el partido con unos amigos y según entramos nos querían echar sin motivo alguno...alegando que había aforo (mentira) y que las mesas de dentro eran solo para comer...(otra mentira más)bueno alfinal hablo con el encargado y le digo que voy a mirar dentro si hay mesa y me encuentro con que hay 4 mesas libres dentro que no nos querían decir y con gente que se supone que es solo para comer tomando copas y viendo el partido....me parce muy ruin tratarnos así a clientes de hace tiempo que hemos ido siempre comportandonos y siendo amables.luego encima los camareros al ver que nos quedamos a ver el partido estuvieron con malas caras y siendo muy bordes y sirviendo mal como una copa solo con hielos sin casi ginebra que al decir que echara un poco más se indigna y pone mala cara .....también tuvimos que escuchar comentarios de un camarero diciendo que pasa que no hay más bares para ver el fútbol??como si le molestara nuestra presencia.Solo decir que pensaba no volver pero volvere les guste o no Alós camareros eso sí...ya no seremos cordiales con ellos y también les pediré una hoja de reclamaciones por el trato recibido.Espero que alguien lea esto y les diga algo a sus trabajadores por actuar así con clientes...
