I was looking for a Carver and went to the first shop Google showed me in Madrid. BEST SERVICE EVER! There was a lovely lady attending and she showed me the different options they had. After she noticed I need to try the board first before buying it she told me to go to the other area of the shop. There I met the incredible Mr. Jose A. well known as Doc Caribbean. What a surprise when he told he would teach me some basics, as I was no expert in the skate field. He took over 40 minutes to show me the basic moves and having my back when trying the skate. I have to say I was really surprised for his amazing talent on the board. When he felt I was ok to go on my own he told me to choose a board, helped me of course with his advise and experience to choose the carver I have now. I have never had this amazing service before! They have big beautiful shop. If you are looking for clothes, skates, surf items or an incredible human service, I highly recommend Caribbean...
Read moreCaribbean consistently impressed me with their best products and professionals. The owner and the staff are your best personal advisors if you want to deep dive into the Surfsakte world. It's amazing. You will find expats from all over the world coming to the store for shopping good stuff or just seeking an advise about a product, technique or just for training (those who want to improve their capabilities and skills) It's, without any doubt, the best Surfskate shop worldwide ever (an they are in Madrid, Spain. Read moreWe had such an amazing experience at this skateboard shop today! The service was excellent from start to finish. The owner, who turned out to be the legendary Doc Caribbean skater - still skating at 72 years of age - was incredible with my son, who is just starting out. Not only did they help us choose the right type of board for a beginner, but Doc also took the time to show my son how to ride it, sharing tips with so much patience and passion. You can truly feel his love for skateboarding the moment you step in. The shop has a great selection of boards and accessories, and the kindness and expertise here are unmatched. Thank you Doc for the exceptional treatment!...
