We went for lunch and really enjoyed our experience at this place. The food quality is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service was very good. Our waitress was attentive, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. The ingredients tasted very fresh, and overall, the dishes were delicious.

I ordered the Bufala Fest, awarded Best Pizza in Spain, and it was outstanding, really delicious. For dessert, we had the baked profiterole filled with hazelnut ice cream, coffee praline, and melted chocolate sauce, absolutely delicious (recommended)

There are just two reasons I’m not giving 5 stars. First, I had a reservation but arrived a little late. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but no one answered, the phone system only sends you an automated message asking you to email them. Also, the confirmation email mentioned they would call me the same day to reconfirm, but that didn’t happen. We managed to arrive just before the 15-minute grace period, but while waiting at the door, I received an email saying my reservation had been canceled for a no-show. Thankfully, once there, they still gave us the table without any problem, but the experience wasn’t great.

The second issue was with the appetizer, the Crocchette alla Parmigiana. They were tasty and crunchy on the outside, but cold on the inside. I expected them to be served hot, so I think that could have been better.

Apart from those details, I would definitely recommend this place. The food, ambiance, and service make it a restaurant...

Espectacular! I’ve been to a lot of Italian restaurants and pizza places in Madrid, and this one is without a doubt my new favorite! There are a bunch of reasons to rate it as 5 stars:

Service: Just amazing. From the very beginning at the entrance to the last moment while paying. Our waitress Erika was so kind and attentive all the time. She recommended us some desserts and provided great advice when choosing the wine; all the time with a great smile. Service is one of the reasons of why this place is outstanding.

Food: I tasted a Margherita pizza, a pasta with seafood, the tiramisu and the cheesecake, and the focaccia with mortadela and pistachio. The focaccia is just amazing! So incredible! You could taste every single ingredient, by far the best one of Madrid! The pizza is as marketed in their social networks: incredible. An amazing tomate sauce with quality ingredients. Both desserts were great. And the pasta just wonderful!

Atmosphere: Beautiful! The restaurant is very nice and cozy. The terrace is great too, the service make it feel like a real Italian place, even though it was a bit chilly (is September though). I would suggest installing some additional lights outside so the terrace is not so dark.

On a nutshell: My favorite Italian place of Madrid!

Update: Segunda vez en este lugar esta vez por mi aniversario de bodas, sigue siendo increíble! Hoy nos atendió Anastasia, y la experiencia fue espectacular. Nuestro restaurante...

Pizza and pasta ordered came cold, BEFORE the wine we ordered. The wine came 10min after we reminded the waiter who brought us the cold pizza and pasta. We also asked for another water, which never came .... aaaanddddd the most shameful thing from a place like this? Adding extra items on the final bill (which we did not order and did not receive) - like their bread basket of nearly 5 euros. It is such a low move to make your customer having to verify the accuracy of the bill, and it seems to be a "common practice" if you read the 1 star reviews here. Such a deplorable tactic to deceive clients, after an average service, cold food, late drinks and forgotten water....

Later edit after seeing the owner reply: we refused the bread from the moment the waiter tried to place it on our table, at the very beginning, and still - they added it on the bill. Is this how your table service is designed? Asking the customer if they want bread - customer saying no, i do not need it - the waiter going away with his unsolicited bread basket - price for the bread basket added on the bill anyway - customer still having to check the bill, regardless of the fact that we said we do not want it - bill goes back to be corrected - waiter is back with a correct bill.

Is this how your service is intended to be? Because it was exactly like this and is an insulting, terrible, low practice of gaining an extra profit on the account of your...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baldoria, an Italian restaurant that left a lasting impression. The culinary journey began with the mortadella trufada, a delightful blend of truffle-infused flavors, accompanied by the creamy goodness of burrata and the subtly roasted puerro, creating a harmonious start to the meal. The highlight of the evening was the one and only cacio & tartufo, a pasta dish that elevated the dining experience to new heights. The combination of rich cacio cheese and the earthy essence of tartufo showcased the chef's mastery in crafting exquisite Italian flavors. To conclude, the panacota served was nothing short of amazing, providing a sweet and satisfying finale to the culinary adventure. Paired with the recommended Italian Chardonnay, Edda, the meal reached a crescendo of flavors that lingered on the palate. The impeccable service, led by Manuel, the the restaurant manager , added a personal touch to the experience. Manuel's attention to detail and genuine care for patrons elevated the overall dining atmosphere. His expertise and passion for hospitality truly made the evening memorable. In summary, Baldoria delivers an exceptional dining experience, blending authentic Italian flavors, a carefully curated wine selection, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a culinary journey through the heart of Italy.
