Carlos and Ana are so friendly and professional.The sentimentality that is attached to clients jewellery is so important to them which is very apparent as they take so much time with their clients. They offer welcome advice and suggestions for remodelling jewellery. Carlos cleaned a variety of pieces for me ..it's hard to believe it's the same jewellery...really sparkling! He also "opened" several rings for me that I have not been able to wear and I am delighted with the results.He combined 2 family wedding rings into one which means so much to me! He designed a bangle for me from a broken bracelet ...and I am so very pleased with the new design.He also made a pendant from another ring and a pair of earrings from topaz stones that had been hidden in a jewellery box for years. Hasta pocas semanas antes, no tenia pendientes y ni siquiera imaginaba que diseñar mis propios pendientes fuera una opción hasta que entre en esta pequeña joya de Marbella, el trato muy amable y cercano hizo que todo el proceso fuera genial. No solo me ayudaron a pulir la idea que tenía en mente, sino que también se aseguraron de que el diseño fuera funcional y cómodo.
