Multi Expert — Local services in Palma

I needed a battery exchange on my iPhone on a Sunday. So I checked google, to look for places that were open on a Sunday. On a hot august day I set of for the first place, Google maps said 34 minutes walking, battery 26%. When I got there it was closed. Second place 27 minutes walking, battery 18%. Closed as well. Set of for Multi Expert with 13% and a 31 minute walk. I arrived at the location, battery died. Looked around and these guys were open! Battery was in stock. Took at seat at the bar next door, had a 3€ sandwich and a very cold beer. An hour later, the guy came and signalled my phone was done. At a street festival my phone got wet and completely stopped working. I was really panicking, because all my photos from the last five years were on it – and unfortunately I had nothing backed up on iCloud. With a heavy heart I went to this shop and was so positively surprised: the staff are incredibly kind, true heartfelt people, and they immediately took care of everything and calmed me down. My phone was repaired quickly and reliably, the price-performance ratio was absolutely fair, and the result speaks for itself – it looks brand new, sparkling clean, as if nothing ever happened.

I can only warmly recommend this shop – they truly work with both heart...

Extremely disappointed in you guys. My husband's phone screen broke while we were on holiday in Mallorca so we came here to get it fixed. One day later the phone completely shut down and broke for good, because it got a few splashes at the beach. It's a waterproof phone which is physically able to be completely submerged in water and continue to function perfectly, and now it's irreversibly damaged and all our photos and everything lost forever from a few drops at the beach, because the phone was resealed so poorly. Terrible terrible job, you ruined...
