Koala Bay Salou — Local services in Salou

Whenever I'm in Spain I shop for my family in Koala Bay. I visited this particular store on the evening of Friday 27.09.25 at 20:50. I had already checked the opening times which were displayed in the shops window - 10:00 - 22:00 Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 - 23:00 Friday & Saturday. Within 5 minutes of being in store, I was followed around by an assistant who was 'tidying' every clothes rail of items I looked at. When 2 older ladies entered the store they were greeted by both shop assistants shouting loudly "We're closed!" I then began to make my way to the exit as one of the ladies was leaving and the other was querying closure. The assistants were becoming agitated and I tried to point out that it was confusing as the opening hours in the window were different. At this point, both assistants began shouting at me - first in English saying "We're closed! It's 9 o'clock!" Then they shouted aggressively at me in Spanish until I was outside with the other lady - who was as shaken as I was by what had just happened!
