EROS — Local services in Salou

I have just left your shop after purchasing a skirt and I can honestly say that I have never been treated so badly. I was followed around the shop by several members of staff and made to feel like I couldn’t be left alone to shop or I would steal something. We were originally in the shop to purchase something for my mother whose birthday it is today. We are having a party when we get home from our holiday and mum wanted something unusual to wear. In the end my mum gave up because of the way we were treated. We are a normal family and would never dream of stealing anything and had full intentions of spending quite a lot of money in your shop but the way you treated us was outrageous. I went into the changing room to try a skirt in and a member of staff was instructed by another member of staff to wait outside the changing room. The member of staff literally stood outside my changing room next to my mum and was looking into the room. When I handed the skirt to my mum to put back on the hanger, the staff member snatched it off my mum and proceeded to put it on the hanger herself. I am shocked at how we were made to feel in that shop and I will be writing an email to complain about lack of customer service and terrible attitude of the staff...

After recovering from major surgery we went on holiday to Salou in August and found this wonderful shop with very caring staff who helped put a special outfit for me that covered my post surgical hernia and this boosted my confidence greatly. I would love to purchase more items but they don’t appear to have an online site x where can I purchase...

Una de las empleadas, chica morena, con septum se ha acercado a mí... Que si ya había estado allí, le he dicho que si y me contesta : bueno entonces sabrás que son todo tallas unicas, soy alta y de complexión grande, en el momento no he dicho nada porque no he asimilado lo que me estaba diciendo, jamás me había pasado esto. Me he quedado observando si se lo decía a alguien más, había más gente en la tienda , pero solo ha salido de caja para advertirme a mí el tallaje de la tienda y después ha vuelto a caja. Luego cuando he asimilado la falta de educación he dicho en voz alta .. que me iba de allí porque a mí no me sirve la talla única. Mis amigas y yo no dábamos credito. Iba a por regalos, pero desde luego no volveré nunca más. Y avisaré en redes sociales por supuesto, que yo sea de complexión grande no significa que no sepa si algo me vale o...
