I’m not one to leave a review but I felt compelled to on this occasion.
Myself and a group of friends chose this restaurant after seeing positive TikTok reviews. We arrived and were seated, the experience that followed was nothing short of horrible.
The gentleman that served us had a severe lack of personal hygiene which from the outset was very off putting.
While we were seated the aforementioned pungent gentleman said we could order up to twenty plates per order (and as many times as we liked) which were brought by the robot to the table. Some items ordered never arrived which was fine as there were multiple items placed on each order. As told by the server any dishes we had finished with were to be placed on the robot once our fresh ones arrived. We tried each dish when they were delivered to our table and obviously every persons tastes differs so we placed any dishes we didn’t like back on the robot only to have them brought back by the gentleman who seated us. We received dirty looks and several scoffs throughout our time in the restaurant which in itself was enough of an indicator not to return.
Granted this is a buffet and you can order what you like as many times as you like but the portions are measly and the plates given to us to eat off were at best side plates.
Once we had finished we requested the bill, which must be done at the desk and won’t be brought to the table. We noticed the bill was higher than expected given the price per person was advertised outside and the price of the drinks were on the menu. When questioned we were told we were being charged for the items “wasted”. As previously mentioned the items we didn’t eat weren’t to our liking and some were quite frankly disgusting or cold. We were also charged €19.95 instead of the €17.95 advertised plus the fee for “wastage”. There was no mention of a wastage fee at any point before this. We tried to explain items ordered were not wasted but not to our liking, which was disregarded.
One of the group also got food poisoning which has made for an unpleasant few days of their holiday.
With that said none of us could in any conscience recommend Tempura, but I highly recommend the gentleman server has more frequent showers as his odour alone was rancid. I’d also suggest inspecting the final bill before paying to see what unexpected items you’ve been...

We want to start this off by saying, the staff was friendly. Especially the gentleman with the ponytail, who unscrewed the lamp above when we asked to dim it.
Now let's talk about the food. We were genuinely scared we were gonna get sick. The color of the sashimi was very off and the texture was mushy. Let's not even talk about the taste. The pictures on the menu looked very misleading. Most dishes were simply inedible, tastless, or gross. We left most of the food on the table. We asked for sangria con cava and we got a strange orange sweet tropical cocktail with granulated sugar in it? We ordered multiple different dishes hoping not everything was as disappointing. How can you mess up so many different things?
The server was a robot with a childlike voice which loudly yelled throughout the whole restaurant every time it brought food. You had to order with your phone. The music was weird. The lighting was bright white and the decorations tacky. Such a strange atmosphere hung in the air. All around unsettling.
When were going to pay for our meal and hopefully run away and never look back, a woman asked us to write a good review right in front of her in exchange for a free shot or ice cream. Sorry? This explains why, when we were reading through the reviews during dinner, there were mostly good ones. We were so disturbed that we needed to know if we could've been warned, but no. If this woman was the boss, she clearly doesn't care about offering a pleasant dining experience.
All in all a huge disappointment. We were looking forward to it all day. Please don't go here if you want to eat good sushi, maybe if you want to stuff yourself with fried appetizers as these were the only decent...

Our order got mixed up so much that we kept receiving wrong items and quantities each time. At this stage 2 eanglish speaking staff areived, however this didnt not help the order mix-ups with some items never arriving before we leave.
Now about the food - teriyaki beef raw, udon noodles in fact was instant noodles, sushi done poorley with rice overwhelming the little ingredients they have added and not looking appealing at all. Pork rolls where in fact a ham and cheese roles.
I seriously believe that servants were unexperienced as seen them picking up food from table with bare hands and putting in the plate in front of us (we obviously didnt eat it) and when sticking table mats,they were being stacked on the floor. (Hope ours wasnt before arrival)
