Very big choice of toys. We didn't like the staff service. As we wanted to buy the scooter for our son and wanted to get it out of the package to check and see how it was looking like. The staff members didn't want to take it out, explaining that it would be uncomfortable to put the scooter back in the package. We've taken the scooter out in front of the staff members and realised that we don't want to buy it, because it didn't comply with the quality we needed. The lady wasn't happy about it as she needed to clean it after us because of the coronavirus rules. She told us about it in the very nervious manner and showed all her feelings on her face. But i can't understand, how can I buy something without seing it. I understand all the things about the coronavirus rules, but the staff have to do their job, we didn't do anything...

Very disappointing experience in the children's playground. The staff didn't tell us any rule at all at the beginning and later they were correcting us all the time in a very disgusting way. The playground for kids between 1-3 years was "not" for kids between 1-3 years. The bathrooms are very cute but the water from the sink split into the floor, making the toilette experience a very dangerous one . The rules about wearing socks were different depending on the playground's staff on duty. If you have a free drink with your child's ticket, you have to take the drink before you check out; otherwise you loose it (another rule they did not explain us beforehand...). We regret to have gone to this place...

Hoy día 7 de octubre de 2017 he ido a la tienda de Nicki en las chafiras para comprar una moto de batería la cual costaba 119 € supuestamente hoy comienza para ellos la campaña de Navidad estamos en octubre comienza la campaña Navidad lo cual no hacen paquete ni empaqueta para regalo le preguntado a la chica que me quiero llevar una moto eléctrica la cual tiene una caja de grandes dimensiones y si me la podía Empaquetar lo cual la chica me contesta que no porque hoy comienza la campaña de Navidad y en campaña de Navidad no se empaqueta nada hasta ahí de acuerdo le digo pero es que el paquete es muy grande encima me dice que se ha quedado sin papel de regalo lo cual no me lo creo lo han quitado porque supuestamente empezó campañana y no quieren que los clientes vean el papel de regalo para que no le pidan que empaqueté vuelvo y le comento a la chica vale no tienes papel de regalo para empaquetar Y si te compro papel de regalo aquí en tu tienda me lo empaquetas y me dice que no lo cual me he ido muy enfadada y han perdido una venta de 119 € me trasladado a la juguetería Arvelo en gran Sur y allí me lo han empaquetado y allí le Comprado me parece muy mal que como está la cosa dejen irse a un cliente con una venta de 120 € muy muy mal . Y encima eran las 3:00 de la tarde y no había gente en la juguetería que si por lo meno hay un volumen de gente pues se ve un poco en el compromiso de decirme que no pero no había gente pocas...
