Original review: Horrible place. I bought a new 270€ screen that stopped working in less then 3 months. I left the screen and they said it would take up to one month to fix. I came back a week later just to check up on if they had any news. (It's hard to use a computer without a screen). The lady who i talked to was very rude and told me not to come back. Even though i just wanted to know what was happening. So very strange and bad service. I guess i just lost the money and i have to try to save up for a new screen :( I recommend you go somewhere else if you are thinking about buying electronics.)

I still stand by my word that the lady was angry and said: "Don´t come back here". That´s not the way to answer customers. Better answer is: "sorry, we don´t have any info, we understand your frustration".
I think that the main problem is that your return policy is bad. In most other stores i would not have to wait 30-45 business days and i could get my money back (you answered no to that request) or get a replacement screen (you answer: no). It´s understandable that your staff is not enjoying answering people when your policy is like this.
Update 6.april Still no word from Kriplus. Lowering my score to 1 star until i get my problem resolved. Ps. not having a screen in this quarantine time sucks a lot.
Final update I got a new screen from Kriplus (same model) in June when I left it for repair in February. So it was a long time without a screen. With covid and everything some delay was expected but this was a bit to long for my taste. I decided to give a final score of 3 because of the nice staff who have been helpful otherwise. While I can't recommend this place I suppose most of the time...
