Carrefour — Local services in Santander

This place has everything! You're not gonna get out empty-handed, guaranteed. The only thing I'd add is more gluten-free candy as that seems to be missing often (especially Fini licorice chalk, as it's the first one that's often sold out, maybe because it's best). So, please add more of that to your storage!

Update: gluten-free section has drastically diminished since I gave my initial review, so I need to give this update. Most of the gluten-free products I purchased on every visit, are now nowhere to be found since several months already, only Carrefour own gluten-free products, and they don't even come close to especially Schar. Schar have specialized in gluten-free products for ages already and have much more know-how on how to make something taste good like no other. Carrefour is only starting to offer those, and the products offered are matching that level, nothing more, i.e. they taste blah..

I've started buying Schar online now. Having to eat gluten-free all the time is bad already in itself that I'd want to eat something thay doesn't sooth my taste buds also. No thanks! There are nowadays a lousy selection of cookies also. Fini licorice products have always ran out when I go and buy some, unlike before when there were plenty. Carrefour doesn't order enough, or what? "Never" is a word I don't like, so I've started ordering also those online instead.

So, just saying - if you want to keep customers happy, how about returning the well known gluten-free products to your gluten-free isle again? After all, the section in itself has been narrowed, which kinda speaks for itself that special diet customer needs are not taken into...

Im so disappointed..about the cashier! She told me that i cant move out the cart but the problem is i bought 8 milks of ensure so that time i dont know what to do i need to pay or i need to go to take another cart.just to put those milk ..but the big one she said that they allowed to get outside i dont understand...and im so disaapointed.ofcourse she told me that thats the rule,how about me i dint know that rule so i get a lot of milk with the small cart and i need to let it inside in the cashier ...horrible so she told me to get a new cart near?...the time i need to pay so i need to go to get another one what is...

Engañan con los precios. Resulta que decidimos comprar un articulo con la pegatina del 40% dto. por caducidad próxima. Cuanto fuimos a pasar por caja no aplicaban ningún descuento y se lo dije a la a cajera (la cajera insistia que estaba aplicado el descuento) a dije que era imposible ya que el único código de barras del artículo era el original de fabrica. Para demostrarlo decidí comprar el mismo artículo sin la pegatina y tal y como la dije tenua yo razón. Al pasar por caja los 2 artículos costaban lo mismo.

Fui a quejarme a atención al cliente ya que ambos artículos al pasar x caja tenían el mismo precio cuando uno tenia un 40% de dto.

No sirvió de nada. Me di cuenta que lo que habia hecho carrefour fue subir el precio del artículo. Tu ibas a la balda del artículo sin descuento y la etiqueta del precio era ese 40% más caro para asi no tener que aplicar el descuento.

Si un cliente compra ese producto sin caducidad próximo y le cobran menos a su paso por caja no se va a quejar y así no carrefour no aplica ese descuento de caducidad próxima.

Puse queja y después de 3 meses me contestan como todo es correcto ya que ese articulo marcaba un precio superior.

Son unos estafadores. Además qur ya sino tienes el cupon de gasto de 50 euros no te dan el artículo sino tr sale x la app.

Así desde hace unos meses solo voy q voy a comprar un artículo en oferta que merezca la pena.

Recomiendo comprar en cualquier otra cadena de supermercados. Siempre que pueden intentan engañar al cliente. Os recomiendo coger la calculadora del movil e ir sumando la compra porque, al menos a mi, siempre me cobraban mal almenos...
