Lo de la sesión de hoy ha sido un despropósito. La gente es muy maleducada entrando media hora tarde a una película que dura una hora, pero la labor del establecimiento es entre otras la de impedir el acceso comenzada la película.

Por otra parte, no puede ser que compre una entrada y en el proceso (online) no aparezca por ningún sitio que la película no comienza a las 20:00 tal y como aparece al comprarla, sino a las 20:28 porque previamente a la película está prevista la entrega de premios del festival de cine. Hay que valorar el tiempo del espectador. Si la película dura una hora y empieza a las 20:00 a las 21:00 cuento con estar fuera.

Le doy 5 estrellas porque es un lugar que merece la pena y con el que los santanderinos solo podemos estar en deuda, pero espero que este comentario sirva para pulir...
