CINC Food Parlour — Restaurant in Sitges

We came by Cinc quite by accident on our first day of our week long stay in Sitges having not been to the town in many years. Firstly the welcoming of the staff was fantastic and accommodated us and our 2 dogs straight away. Service was very quick and the atmosphere great, and a great spot for people watching. We then decided to have some lunch. The menu is varied but we started with the calamari and every dish that we ordered just got better and better. CINC serves authentic mediterranean-style food made with excellent quality ingredients in central Sitges where history is infused in the walls. By the entrance there is a casual tapas bar with a few snacks, wine and sparkling wine, and further inside you’ll find a larger room with tables, also for larger groups. Perfect for an early Saturday tapas lunch kind of thing. I’ve been checking this place out for some time, out of the corner of my eye every time I was in town. Stylish, busy terrace, good playlist. I am slow to trust stylish places, so kept to older favourites.

Well, took the plunge this week (a couple of times) and couldn’t be happier. Lovely wine, and a small but perfectly formed menu (if you like meat/veggie balls, lasagne including a divine fish lasagna, and salads). The coffees nice too.
