In the vast expanse of Arlanda airport, there exists a Lounge that leaves travelers with mixed feelings. It treads the line between mediocrity and fascination. On the one hand, it generously offers tap soft drinks and beer, while on the other, it presents a self-service array of heavy liquor and wines for the adventurous souls.
As you enter, the food display may give you pause - the dishes seem aged, leaving you hesitant to take a bite. A selection of meatballs, wings, and sandwich fillings grace the spread, but it's hard to muster the courage to try them out.
The overall cleanliness of the place is far from impeccable, with dirt here and there, revealing a lack of meticulous care. And to your surprise, you find evidence of drug use scattered on the floor, a jarring sight amidst an otherwise conventional airport environment.
In the spectrum of Arlanda's lounges, this one ranks among the least appealing. Fortunately, there are better options in other terminals, and you can reach them either by foot or through a bus transfer after security, though it might take some time.
It's unfortunate that Finnair operates through this terminal, as it doesn't quite meet the standard one would expect for such an airline. But, such is life, a blend of contrasting experiences, where even in the midst of mediocrity, you can find valuable insights and moments...

First appearance is this is an old lounge; floor was dirty, chairs are torn on corners and those with upholstery are dirty and stained, and was a constant high-pitched sound like a fan motor was going out.
Walked up to the buffet and nothing was labeled for both what the item was or what time it has been placed out. Hot items were lukewarm, cold items were barely below room temperature. Floor by the drink dispensers was sticky and wet and soda dispenser is swarming with fruit flies. Beer dispensers have mold on the valves and one was dispensing nothing but room temperature foam. The still and sparkling water dispensers aren’t labeled so it was a pour and try to figure things out.
Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while and smell of urine was noticeable. Only reason this review didn’t get a one-star review was the staff was very helpful with information and letting us briefly head out to get some items in duty free before the shops started...

NO wifi (only airport wifi, which you can use for 3 hours, and then you have to pay) COLD (I hoped that the lounge would be warmer than the rest of the airport but no, still freezing cold) miserable choice of food (it is cheaper to buy a proper meal at the airport than to pay for the lounge and be limited by 2 choices of ham and 1 type of cheese) no cooked food (during breakfast hours. I don’t know if they have later) only 2 similar types of the tea - English Breakfast and Earl Grey not the cleanest even it is empty, quite a lot of noise of washing and sorting out the dishes understaffed (I saw the same person receiving people in the lounge, collecting and washing the dishes… and probably is doing the breakfast too because I haven’t seen anyone but her)
Positive side is that it was mainly empty (in the morning) and it has few soft chairs so it made me feel a bit warmer.
Altogether, I would expect something better from the airport in Stockholm. This lounge is on the level of lounges in 3rd...
