Really beautiful Christmas market in the middle of Taipei, but super crowded. The shops aren't many since the place is surrounded by shopping malls, but I don't think it's a good place to bring children especially during peak times when it's SUPER crowded, you can get separated very easily. Christmas time is a hoot. There is a map with the locations of all the decorations so you can tell a lot of thought has been put into the whole shebang. You can bet I kept the brochure as a souvenir because it has pictures of Lan Lan. I am such a fan of that cat. Every year I buy a lot of Lan Lan cat merchandise at Christmasland. Christmas land is located just at the entrance of the station. Christmas land is the complete package for the weekend holiday with different lighting, Christmas vibes, food stalls, and crowds. The Christmas land is a land of decoration and lightning but the crowd makes it uneasy for kids and families. Christmas land usually starts at the start of December month and ends around new year's eve.
