透過 Funnow 預訂了一項哥德式染髮服務，標示的價格是 $1880。整體染髮流程大致上是順利的，但在結帳時卻發生了一些讓人困擾的問題，因此想寫下來提供給其他人參考。

當天在與設計師溝通時，有提到如果做挑染或漂髮會需要額外加價，這點她有先說明清楚，所以我最後選擇不做。但在染髮結束後，設計師主動幫我做了一個護髮，當下完全沒有說明這項服務是要額外收費的，我原本以為這是包含在方案內的內容。結果結帳時才被告知護髮要額外收 $2200。

我當下有表達質疑，也跟設計師反映沒有事先說明費用，她只是說「不好意思」，但還是堅持要收費，並說已經算我優惠價，還補了一句說「有免費送我褪色服務」。這項褪色服務在染前或染後其實都沒有被提到，我覺得比較像是她看到我對護髮收費感到不滿才臨時補上的說法。

我並不是不能接受加價，而是認為任何加價項目都應該在服務前清楚告知與取得客人同意。護髮的部分，其實就是在洗髮台上進行的簡易護髮，沒有加熱、時間也不長（不到10分鐘），結果要價 $2200，讓我覺得CP實在太低。

事後詢問 Funnow 客服，對方表示這是所謂的「黑凜柔曜護髮」，但我查了幾家店，同樣名稱的護髮也沒有賣到這個價格。就算價格合理，事先沒有說明清楚就直接進行收費，對我來說還是無法接受。
