Read more前陣子跟朋友來到內江街上的點點板烤吐司,老闆跟老闆娘很年輕,店面簡潔明亮,門口的摩艾像印象深刻,旁邊不遠就是惠安四神湯老店,搬到新址不久,店面漂亮不少。
新品「黃金熔岩嫩雞吐司」,甫上桌就看到傾瀉的起司,我跟朋友各分一半吃,雞腿肉紮實,起司味當然足夠,裡面醬汁有用到花生醬,加上生菜、煎蛋,吃起來很有飽足感,還好我只吃一半,不然後面都吃不下了。
塔塔海鮮雙拼堡也是新品,炸蝦排、魚排雙主菜,中間夾有起司片,塔塔醬最適合搭配海鮮類炸物,微酸濃郁的醬汁搭配生菜、起司、番茄片,清爽不膩。
日式燒肉總匯漢堡調味偏甜,鐵板炒過的焦香肉汁,夾著火腿片、煎蛋、生菜,適時解掉多餘油膩感,燒肉給的量比想像中多,如果再灑點白芝麻會更有香氣層次。另一款日式燒肉板烤吐司,吐司烤過微酥,調味沒那麼甜。
花醬豬排總匯板烤吐司,里肌肉片、花生醬、美生菜、火腿、煎蛋等等,這些都是我最喜歡的吐司食材組合,也是點點人氣商品之一,花生醬味不會太重而搶味,整體吃起來中規中矩,吃完讓我直覺想起基隆廟口的「素志久」。
內江街上早餐店不少,非常競爭,點點的老闆跟老闆娘是一對年輕夫妻,老闆娘主要負責煎台出餐,老闆客氣親切,聽說老闆跟老闆娘常常吵架,夫妻一起開店做生意真的很不容易,真的很不容易!沒想清楚的人請勿隨意嘗試(笑),近日看了點點臉書一篇有關夫妻這幾年吵架的心得,文長卻也真實書寫開店一些大小事,加上萬華商家今年受到疫情重創,讓我更有感,現在中午有防疫優惠套餐,有興趣的朋友不妨試試,也給兩位年輕人一聲加油鼓勵。
