My friend and I picked this salon after reading raving reviews. Unfortunately, maybe due to our language barrier we both came out so disappointed. I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. I went in with super light blond hair that was tinted pink from color deposit conditioner and with some of my natural hair on my roots. When I went in the front desk told me to wait because we didn’t know how to speak mandarin and they had someone who could assist us in English. Off to a great start. Shortly after this is when it all went south. When I tried explaining my hair is slightly pink was due to a conditioner and I didn’t want my hair go any darker… the person reassured me that it will just be my hair color I came in with but more even and a light more full. I had pastel pink hair because I was a super light blonde… in the beginning he even asked if I just wanted to be toned to that color and that’s what I though we agreed upon. I came out with hot pink hair and the hair stylist tried to explain that he wanted to give me the most for for my money… and that this will wash out in 2-3 washes… but it sadly didn’t. I made it quite clear I didn’t expect this bright and vibrant pink when I went in for a pastel light pink… Waited a few days to make a review, in hopes that it would all work out and it would wash out like they had mentioned. This was not the case. Due to this, I just want to give a small tale of caution to foreigners that speak English… this might not be the salon for you. There might be miscommunication or excuses made even if you make it clear you don’t like the...

Highly recommended stylist "Win" who did the haircut of our entire family. My wife first went to get a full cut, perm and coloring. The service and final look is top notch. Husband approved. ❤️

Then my boys 11 and 14 each got their haircut to their specific liking. My 11 yr old became semi obsessed with his hair style afterwards which I find amusing.

I didn't need a haircut but my wife went ahead and scheduled me. Wow. First I got my first ever hair wash (by others) and a head message. They wash my hair twice with different shampoos tailored to my hair and scalp condition. I started asking questions because I am 43 and I might have been washing my hair wrong all my life. If you must ask, the washer was very gentle, ask me how I felt, and the water temperature is perfect.

Win take over on the haircut and took feedback from wife and I. I have a normal cut but the flow is smooth. His hand and scissors move swiftly in the air systemically that I find soothing. The end result is as good as it gets. I didn't magically turn into a prince but I look great.

The best part is Win took his time to teach me how to blow dry and apply wax to fluff up my hair. So simple yet I would not have known. We tipped well.

Travelling from Singapore July. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly professional and attentiv, took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the final look. The treatment was executed flawlessly, and the attention to detail was evident. I appreciated the high-quality products used, which made my hair feel fantastic and look vibrant.The salon itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Dec 1 to 9 I've been on holiday in Taiwan this week and have visited this salon three times for treatments. I especially like Jube, who is in her third day working here. She shows amazing tender care, gives great advice, and is very patient. The rest of the staff are also friendly, nice, and caring, which makes the experience even better.
